We engaged Horizon to undertake a survey for us and I found the company very easy to deal with and well managed. From the initial conversation to receiving the report was no hassle, they kept to their proposed programme of works updating me daily on progress. It’s a change to work with a contractor that does a report without pressure to commit to repairs or expense and then when the work is done cover that by confirmation letter stating all actions completed.

All the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful and their onsite staff were well organised and followed our onsite procedures in full. I would have no hesitation in recommending Horizon to anyone.
