Horizon Specialist Contracting Ltd (trading as Horizon International), was established by James Burns and Graham Farn in 1993. James Burns the Managing Director is Vice President of A.T.L.A.S (Association of Technical Lightning & Access Specialists) and is Chairman of the Safety Committee.

Paul Farn, Operations & Safety Director, joined the company in 1994 and is involved in actively encouraging and supporting the training of steeplejacks through the C.I.T.B. (Construction Industry Training Board).

Horizon work to British & European standards ensuring a quality service is provided by professionally trained and CSCS carded site engineers, many of which have been with the company since its inception
